Abena Pants is Abena’s full range of modern pull-ups that can be worn like normal underwear, available in 5 sizes and 4 absorption levels to cater to a wide range of needs. Unlike other similar incontinence products, Abena Pants has more elastic threads, providing a secure and comfortable fit that stays in place even during active use. The discreet pull-up design of Abena’s Pants range includes features such as softness, the Top-Dry System, breathability, and leakage security.

Included in the range are Abena Pants Zero, designed for light incontinence with a high cut and a full white back sheet, and Abena Pants Special, which offers unique elastication in the legs and crotch area for a secure fit, especially during intense physical activity. The pants feature fully breathable Air Plus performance, a super soft non-woven material for optimal comfort, a high number of elastic threads for a flexible fit, and the TopDry system for rapid absorption and a dry surface.

The modern fit of the pants includes high barriers and latex-free elastication for added security, as well as an odour system to reduce unpleasant smells. Additionally, there is a wetness indicator with a graduation scale to indicate capacity use, and a wide range of absorbency levels to choose from. The pants are dermatologically tested and FSC certified for sustainability.

The Abena Pants Premium size XL3 is designed to fit hips measuring 51"-67" and can absorb up to 88 fl oz. Featuring an extra tall waistline for added coverage in both the front and rear, the pants also provide leakage protection with stand-up leak guards and four-strand elastics around the legs. The breathable cloth-like exterior of Abena's Air Plus system is waterproof yet allows air flow to maintain skin health. With a unique TopDry System for quick absorption and dryness, Abena Pants offer both comfort and protection for those with incontinence needs.
